The game takes place in Battleland, an arena where King Arthur has commanded Merlin to summon heroes from another world (Outlanders) to compete for the prestigious title of Knight.
Players are thrown into this ruthless competition, starting entirely unarmed. They must scavenge for weapons and armor, utilize their environment, and survive against other players in a shrinking arena to prove their worth and become the last man standing.
